LaGrange NC

Located in North Carolina, 15 minutes from the Seymour Johnson airfare base, the company conducted the rehabilitation of a property which had 90% damage due to pipes bursting during winter weather. The property was brought back to a great livable condition. 

Briarwood, NY

Built in Queens NY, Briarwood Gardens Condominiums features smaller 1 bedroom condos located on each floor of its 6 levels.   Attention to detail was given to the rehabilitated unit, such as installing new floors, overhauling the bathroom and bedroom space. Also the interior design team made sure the lighting and kitchen enhance the space, bringing all the details together.

Springfield Gardens, NY

Overseeing the gut renovation necessary to make this commercial space become a viable place where children can learn and play was a very rewarding job.  Everything was reconstructed and overseen by our team and contractors. We considered this project a part of the community service overhaul within the Northeast area.
